Patient Billing

As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file your insurance claims.  We estimate your portion of the total fee based entirely on the information your insurance company gives us.  We then require payment of your estimated portion at the time of treatment. 

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit, as well as cash and checks.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
